Verify a Certificate
Check an HCDE accreditation record by registration number, certificate number or name, or by scanning the QR code printed on the certificate.
Search the registry
Enter the registration number or certificate number exactly as printed, or the name of the institution, training center or program.
Reading a result
- Status is as at the date you search. It can change, so check again when it matters. The meaning of each status is on Decisions and Status.
- Scope says what exactly is accredited. A certificate does not extend beyond its scope.
- Valid until is the date to which the accreditation runs, unless the status changes earlier.
- The QR code on each certificate leads to this page and shows the same record.
Cannot find a record?
Check the number against the certificate. If you believe the certificate is genuine and still cannot find it, or you think a certificate is being misused, write to [email protected].
HCDE is a private, independent, non-governmental body. Its accreditation rests on its own published standards and does not constitute governmental recognition.
