The Mediterranean Council for Knowledge Quality (MCKQ) focuses on knowledge management, educational content quality, and the development of structured approaches to professional learning. Its activities address the evaluation of learning resources, knowledge transfer processes, and institutional approaches to skills and information management.

The institutions listed in this registry make up the HCDE founding network: the first bodies accredited by HCDE itself, each by decision of the HCDE Accreditation Committee, against HCDE's own published standards.
