Its approach combines curriculum analysis, training delivery evaluation, learning outcomes measurement, and institutional improvement practices.

The institutions listed in this registry make up the HCDE founding network: the first bodies accredited by HCDE itself, each by decision of the HCDE Accreditation Committee, against HCDE's own published standards.
